Never Enough Coffee Creations is the company run by me, author and designer Jeff Carlson. For my personal blog, go to jeffcarlson.com. Below are some of the projects I've recently completed; this site isn't updated as often as my personal blog, so I apologize if something seems out of date.

I'm the co-columnist for the Seattle Times Practical Mac column (with Glenn Fleishman), which appears every other Saturday.

I'm the author of several books, including:

• iMovie ’09 & iDVD for Mac OS X: Visual QuickStart Guide, a fast and easy book about Apple's video-editing and disc-burning tools. Be sure to also keep up to date at my iMovie VQS weblog, which is updated frequently.
• The Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard Pocket Guide, a compact but information-packed guide to Apple's operating system.
• Photoshop Elements 8 for Windows: Visual QuickStart Guide and Photoshop Elements 8 for Mac OS X: Visual QuickStart Guide, which cover Adobe's consumer image organization and editing application.

I edited several great electronic books: Take Control of Mac OS X Backups is an invaluable electronic book that helps you establish a reliable backup system to prevent catastrophic data loss. Joe Kissell's $10 ebook could easily save you thousands of dollars in data recovery and downtime (as someone who's suffered a serious hard disk crash in the past, I know from experience). If you're looking for something that gets you set up right away, check out Take Control of Easy Backups in Leopard. In Take Control of Buying a Digital Camera, Laurence Chen takes a process-focused look at what features are important and which to ignore when shopping for your next digital camera. And Jeff Tolbert's Take Control of Recording Music with GarageBand helps you turn your musical sketches into professional-sounding GarageBand recordings.
